Our technician was a pleasure to work with! He arrived on time, ready to work. The dryer vent was flowing through, so no work was needed on the vent itself. Our electric dryer gave us a code that our dryer vent was 90% blocked. That is when I reached out to DVW. A technician came out the next day. He went into the attic and traversed a good 200+ feet to get to our vent. He found that someone had put in a screen at the discharge point. He removed the collected lint that had amassed on the screen. He also advised that dryer vents should not have screens in them. Grateful for the work and response. Great job! Dryer Vent Wizard is a fantastic and highly recommended business! I went online to request service and only had a day and a half wait. My technician showed up at the exact time I requested. He was professional yet friendly and explained every step of the cleaning process. He did an outstanding job clearing my dryer vent of debris, replacing the flexible metal tube that was in poor condition due to numerous patching of holes and made a recommendation of changing to a different vent cover other than the bird cages I had installed.
